Golf Course Renovation

Beginning in April of 2024, the 18-hole golf course began a renovation project demolishing the existing layout and started from scratch.  The new course was designed by Golf Course Architect, Gordy Lewis and is scheduled to open in late 2024. 
The new layout is a par 71 measuring just over 6600 yards from the back tees.  The greens complexes have been completely redesigned featuring small greens with subtle undulations which have large collection areas and classic bunker design that is a throw back to the old days of golf course architecture.
All the bunkers on the course have been completely rebuilt and filled with pristine white sand. New drainage has been installed in all the bunkers making them playable even after a Florida summer storm.
The tees have been expanded to nearly 5 acres giving the golfer a wide variety of challenges no matter what tees you decide to play. 

The entire course, including greens, has been grassed with Seashore Paspalum Platinum TE.  This is a world class playing surface found at some of Florida’s and the Caribbean’s finest courses.  It is known for its deep green color and dense canopy giving you a perfect lie nearly all the time.
Coquina cart paths and waste areas have been added throughout the golf course providing stunning contrast between the green grass and bright white coquina shells.
The new Boca Royale is a must play and will become one of your favorites almost immediately.  It will certainly be a place that you will want to call home.
